Craft a subject line that succinctly conveys the purpose of your email. A clear subject helps the recipient understand the content and importance at a glance. 

2. Professional Tone and Language 

Maintain a professional tone throughout the email. Use polite and respectful language, and avoid jargon or informal expressions unless appropriate for the context. 

3. Structured Content 

Organise your email with a clear structure. Use paragraphs and bullet points for easy readability. Present information logically, starting with the most important details. 

4. Mindful of Length 

Be mindful of the email length. While providing necessary details, avoid unnecessary information that could overwhelm the recipient. Long, dense emails may be less likely to be read thoroughly. 

5. Call to Action and Closing 

Clearly state the purpose of your email and include a specific call to action if needed. End the email with a polite closing, such as ‘Best regards’ or ‘Sincerely’, followed by your name and contact information.
