After tying the knot, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated their special day by cutting a massive cake and together raised a toast for their new chapter in life! 

The wedding was a traditional affair and the couple tied the knot as per Hindu wedding rituals. The picture is from the ‘gatbandhan’ ceremony, where groom Ranbir’s sisters Riddhima, Kareena and Karisma and his mom Neetu Kapoor are seen tying the ceremonial knot that signifies the bond of the newlyweds forever. 

Kareena Kapoor is continuously sharing some insides moments from the wedding. The mommy of two, who is an active social media user, shared a family moment from the wedding.

Karan Johar who attended all the functions of Alia and Ranbir's wedding later shared some beautiful moments from the night with the newlyweds.

In the caption, Johar wished a happy life for the couple and called Ranbir his son-in-law. Ranbir and Alia Bhatt's wedding was a low-key affair with only close friends and family in attendance. Among many big names, Ranbir's close friend and son of industrialist Mukesh Ambani Akash along with his wife Shloka attended the event. 

Alia and Ranbir's wedding was a big day for all the family members and to enjoy the same, every family member made sure to attend the event with all smiles.
