Cyclone Michaung: Heavy rain warning issued for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

The Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are on orange alert for cyclone Michaung. Rains lashed parts of Southern India as a tropical Cyclone began its approach towards the region. Both states are bracing themselves for the Cyclone to make landfall on December 5th.
