Assembly elections results: PM Modi addressed voters at BJP headquarters

In a mood of celebration and triumph Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered an address at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi and he touched on a range of issues from women's empowerment, caste and dynastic politics to the 2024 elections.
