Assembly elections results: Backward castes, women swing the results towards BJP

The results for the assembly elections 2023 in four states- It was a big day in Indian politics as the counting of votes is underway for four states. This includes Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Telangana. In the Hindi heartland the Bharatiya Janata Party has registered a decisive lead in three states while Indian National Congress is leading in the southern state of Telangana.
