Dhara Shah is the mother of baby Ariha who was taken in custody by Germany's Child Care Services. Jugendamt when she was only seven months old. The German court cited parental neglect which the parents refute. Now both Dhara and her husband Bhavesh are fighting to get her back to India, after a wait of more than two years.
