Indian Supreme Court raps Punjab government over stubble burning amid rising air pollution

Indian capital continues to be shrouded in smog. Odd-Even rule came back in Delhi to curb the pollution. The schools are ordered to be shut. Government and private offices are asked to operate from home. The major contributor of smog in Delhi-NCR is stubble burning.
